The scope of works was the replacement of two refrigerant air handling units along with the installation of a new access staircase for maintenance access to one of the new units. These works included:
- Stripping out of old plant and systems.
- Contract lifting operations within the city centre.
- Installation of new mechanical, electrical and control systems.
- System commissioning and balancing works.
